    Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer experience team within 72 hours of delivery. We will review on a case-by-case basis and replace the damaged or defective product at no additional cost.

Our customer experience team is unable to assist with product purchases outside of BrainJuice.me, this exclusion includes product purchased on online marketplaces or other retail locations.
