Domestic Standard Shipping (Continental USA) is free for orders over $55 and there is a $5 flat rate for orders under $55.
At this time, we do not ship internationally. We hope to be in your country soon! All orders are shipped from our third party fulfillment partner within 48 to 72 hours and are shipped via UPS and USPS. For our customers in Alaska and Hawaii, BrainJuice ships via USPS for an additional fee.
At this time, BrainJuice cannot ship to P.O Boxes or military addresses. Some carriers have restrictions on delivering to these types of addresses.
Status of Order:
You will receive two emails from BrainJuice, one as your order is confirmed and one as your order ships. Once your order is with the carrier, you can track it through your shipping confirmation email or by visiting the carrier website.
Changing/Canceling Order:
We cannot guarantee the ability to cancel or change orders. Many orders are shipped the same business day, and once an order is shipped it cannot be canceled.
Order Delays:
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we ask that you please contact the shipping provider for updates regarding delivery and shipping. Standard shipping times are 3-7 business days depending on your region.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@naturalbrainjuice.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Holiday and Weather Conditions:
During the holiday season, shipments may take longer to arrive. We appreciate your patience and recommend ordering in advance to ensure your package arrives on time. Carriers often publish holiday guidelines that may assist in ensuring your package arrives on time.
Severe weather conditions can impact the delivery time of your order. While BrainJuice is not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions, we promise to work closely with you to address any shipping concerns that arise due to such circumstances.
Incorrect Address:
Once an order is processed for shipment, we are unable to adjust the shipping address. We recommend reaching out to the respective carrier to redirect your package.
